We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Physical Delivery Terms

We use FedEx, 4PX, USPS, and UPS to deliver physical products.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

  • Handling Time: 0 days (Monday – Friday)
  • Transit Time: 0-1 days (Monday – Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time)
  • Business Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Please note, delays may occur due to incorrect address details, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Electronic Delivery

  • Instant Email Delivery: Once payment is processed, you’ll receive your license key and installation instructions by email.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are instant; some may require up to 12 hours for manual verification.
  • Verification: Orders flagged for additional checks may require extra verification.
  • Spam Check: If you don’t see your email, check your spam/junk folder first.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days, contact us at support@quickbook-online.com with your order number.

Multiple Addresses

We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@quickbook-online.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the issue. Please also check our full Return Policy.

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply. Contact us promptly to resolve the issue.

Address Change

You may request a delivery address change within 12 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support within 12 hours of confirmation. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
